[Resolved] Airtel — Data loss in broadband | |||||
Airtel company is cheating us on name of data given with broadband plans. We have plan of 1600rs with180 gb data. For past two months we are noticing that even if we are not using it shows 180 gb consumed by end of the month. We are not downloading or watching online. Just surfing can bever consumethis much data. Infact when we use jio 1gb does no finishes wven if we watch so many videos online. This is a serious concern and should be attended.
