Airtel — deducted balance by airtel

My balance was deducted twice from 6th march to 9th march 2018 without any reason. After conversation with customer care, i came to know,
1. One of the reasons is that somehow i crossed the border of india and airtel found that and deducted balance from my account. International roaming!!!
2. And somehow i tried to download some content and which is more than my internet balance. So, airtel deducted total charges from main account not a single penny from my existing internet balance!!

Is these reason justified??
