Airtel — deduction for a service not subscribed to

I never subscribed to your 10vid service yet they keep bugging me with messages, i had to deactivate it, i was told am not in any service, now i recharged my phone and they deducted #100, please refund me and deactivate again. Am really tired of this #. The data service is even crazy, please sort me asap
