[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction of balance during number portability | |||
Dear sir/madam, I had requested for number portability for my prepaid airtel number [protected] from haryana circle to maharastra circle. I had submitted the documents to my nearest airtel center, and was clearly told that whatever the previous balance, would be added back after the porting. I had approximately 200 as my previous balance and now it has nothing. Kindly revert back the previous balance, as it is not ethical to provide the wrong information and that too by airtel center itself. Regards, Prateek Was this information helpful? | |||
