[Resolved] Airtel — delay in activation/providing connection | |||
I initiated the process to get my number ported to airtel on 13th april 2019. My old number got deactivated on 19th april 2019 but my new airtel number shows 'no service' when i try to activate it. Airtel consecutive told me that it normally takes 2 hrs for the number to get activated. It's been more than 18 hrs now and it is still not activated. Then i contacted airtel on twitter they told me that it would take another two days to activate. This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient as this is the only number i have and all of my work is stuck. Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally, when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
