Airtel — demanding bill for already disconnected broadband connection | |||
I was having 2 broad band connection having account no [protected] landline no [protected], [protected] having advance rental plan I had made disconnection request on 20.12.118 And on 14.01.19 airtel executive has taken wifi modem from my premises and given receipt of that Now on daily basis i am receiving calls from customer care to deposit the bill which is generated on 20.01.19 For what i have to pay as services already disconnected by airtel before generation of new bill Stop harresing customers Otherwise i will file suit in consumer court Sending u attachment of receipt (Equipment return note) given by airtel executive. I had done mnp on March 12 and the person told me porting done and I lost my previous jio connection but not airtel network is not available on my device it's very disappointing losing may important calls Airtel is totally responsible for this
