Airtel — denied to give new fixed line connection | |||
Hi, I am satish rajani, having business of optical in dewas - madhypradesh. I have already 5 airtel fixed line and broadband connection. Now i applied for one more connection. After regular followup of 15 days, today dated 22/01/2019 i visited retailer office located on a. B road dewas (Where owner is mr dabi). He talked so rudely and said airtel will take time, you can take bsnl. Also he suggested disconnect all connection and shift to bsnl or jio. How any airtel person can say like this. Are airtel policy is not customer focused?
