[Resolved] Airtel — device claim service request # 2504044 | |||||
I'm adding the same email, which was sent to airtel.. Dear airtel, I'm writing this to know & understand why my claim request was rejected, since as per your policy the damage will be covered after 15 days of subscription. However, this unfortunate incident occurred only after 20 odd days. If you can't give me an appropriate solution/answer for this, i would request you to waive-off the "airtel secure" charges in the next bill which i've already paid & also unsubscribe the offer. Request you not to fool your customers. If i don't get a response from you, i can assure you that i'll switch to some other network.
