It has been 3 days & my DTH is showing error code 6 even after doing multiple recharge.
Your customer support is pathetic we have to explain same thing to everyone who call even after multiple complaints & provide same solution to open this channel give this number bla bla bla same foolish process all the time
But no solution done yet & even you close query’s by yourself without resolving the same.
You guys really have most poor DHR service i am
Happy with your mobile & fibre service but now i just hate you guys due to this DTH service jus want to change everything.
