Airtel — difference in bill plan

In my airtel mobile app it clearly shows my bill plan is 450 rs montly rental. But each month i get a bill of 549 rs monthly rental. I complained about it every time to airtel customer care but they are not implementing the changes in bill plan. This is a case of cheating the customers by airtel to earn some money by duping customers. I am attaching pics for your reference.
