Kindly do it ASAP, if this can't be done kinly arrange the team to take the unit back,

Updated by Suriyas_25 Kindly escalate to higher mgmt on this issue,
Airtel executive say one plan on phone, and
airtel backed team activate some other plan which is totally different what was confirmed before booking the new connection
Team it's 4 day's now my reported issue not fixed, you said with in 24 my problem will be fixed now it's more then 48 hours.
Kindly correct the issue asap...

I am not asking for any new package
What was told to me i should get that service
And stop saying stupid reasons, making money from customer by cheating
I was very much clear, amit about the channel on hd, all issue you will fix
Kindly fix this
If you guys can't do kindly take the unit back, i can't take services like this.
Request you guys stop looting customer like this showing one plan and giving one.
