Airtel — digital tv excess package change intentionally | |||
I have two Airtel TV Digital TV Connection from last 6 years, Customer ID : [protected], My package was Rs.530/- p.m. for the both the connections. On last 30.05.19 i have recharged Rs.600/- for the entire month that means i have paid Rs.70/- extra.Now all of a sudden today at 19.06.19 they have all of sudden stopped my connection and then i have called to their customer care, they have told that now my package is running of Rs.880/- p.m., that is real shock for me because its the first time i have listen this, then i requested the cutomercare executive for the authentication details from my side which has gave to them through mail or via phone, but they are unable to provide anything. Now this is my heartiest request to take proper action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
