Dear sir/madam, My lane line no./broadband[protected] in the name of ashok kumar (Advocate), my altarnate mobile no. [protected], so please my laneline/broadband connection is disconnect justly because your service is bad & your visit service department is bad. Your service department my complain regarding not solutions & your service department is my connection disconnect without my permission, so my request please my connection is disconnected. but the charges had been deducted by two times then I got a message that they will refund within 7 days...but now there is no refund I got...
So I request you to look into the matter and refund the money
