[Resolved] Airtel — Disconnecting landline phone | |||
Respected sir, I have taken written letter to Airtel store in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur-302021 for termination of my land line phone number[protected] and Broadband services, but no body was ready to receive the letter. They asked me to give my identity so I gave my Aadhar Card. This was very surprising that when you want connection they will do anything but when it comes to disconnection they are not ready to receive any request. For past six days I am running around to get my services disconnection. I have received one call from Airtel but before I could speak the phone was disconnectioned. I now don't know what to do with this situation. Please ask Airtel to disconnect my Land line phone number[protected] and Broadband services.
