Airtel — dish installation not done

I had took airtel digital tv connection november 2017. Technician came from airtel and gave the connection to already existing dish which belonged to another customer and left our dish with us. We were not available during installation (My mother was available). Now the other customer had moved out from house. There is no dish for our connection.
Tried calling customer care i had raised complaint around mid of jan 2018, until this date there is no resolution given. One of the worst customer care service ever. They even lie saying that we didn’t receive call.

Maybe My complaints may have reached a century. I had almost called around 50 to 60 times. The resolution is very simple - send a technician and install the dish. Is there any difficulty it done. I don’t know why is it difficult for Airtel to do.
