Airtel — documents and cheque collected should be returned as service was not fulfilled | |||
My name is rashmi. I had requested for a new airtel broadband connection on 9-apr-2018 (Cef[protected]. Airtel collected address proof documents and cheque for the same. Later they denied the request saying there is no feasibility. In this case, can i please get the documents and my cheque returned back. The cheque is of 500 inr and the bank statement as address proof costed me 200 inr. I want both of these returned. But airtel customer care are not assisting me in the same even after calling them 8 times. They keep transferring me to other departments and are keeping me on hold/line for 30+ minutes every time. The nodal/allevate team contact number needs me to key in my airtel fixed line number to escalate, which i dont have as my service request was denied. I am tired of calling customer care again and again who are not ready to take any action or lodge complaint and there is no facility airtel has provided to escalate the matter to higher team.
