[Resolved] Airtel Dongle — poor service and internet connectivity with airtel dongle | |||||
Myself is ajay, i am existing airtel dongel customer. My dongle number is : [protected] Internet issue happening since 10-sep-2018 I am existing customer since last 4 years. But still airtel does not care for its customer. I am getting so poor service since last one month. But airtel is not able to resolve these issues.in my area the internet used to work fine. But now a days its not working entire day. Even in night as well the speed is very slow and nothing works at all. So pathetic service. Airtel mobile app is also worst, it does not have any option to support. No support links work at all. All fake sections are there. Pathetic mobile app which has no use of installting it. Is there anyone who could help to improve the services from airtel and resolve the internet issue. Desirable resolution: as i am not able to use internet properly since last one month, i wan't reimbursement of one month of bill and get the internet connectivity resolved asap.
