[Resolved]  Airtel — double recharge

On 6th september 18 i have recharged my home mobile number [protected] by using netbanking.. I had recharge with rs 448. When i didnot get confirmation after 15 minutes again i recharged with 995 valid for six months.. When i got confirmation for both reachable. I call airtel customer care they said we can't cancell transaction but it will continue after first option expired.. But when it was not continue again i have called airtel customer service. They said it's not possible like that. Who asked you to reacharge twice.. They are very rude.. Not helpful at all they are bleming us

No body call me or solved my problem But it's became worst. Somebody call me and asking for card no and OTP n cvv It's look like fraud...
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My problem is getting worst.. Some one calling saying that he is from airtel asking me to put money in air tel wallet . When I did they had taken that money to recharge this no +[protected] and +[protected]
When I check with airtel customer service they said they don't know any this people.

Please tell me how can get my problem solved. And please check above no is frauds or not

Non disconnection of my airtel no [protected] despite repeted request
On 30-03-19 i apply for night cashback offer, then received msg from co. That my offer will be activated in 30 min.
After waiting for week agian i apply for night cashback, again same reply from co.. Till date 8-04-19 i am not received any cashback from co.
Waiting for solutions.
I made payment twice in my ph.no. [protected] at first i made payment and it was not updated in my airtel app and they again i made payment but still the bill was not updated but the amount was deduced twice

Thair is Lots of issue for aitel network from hear Becouse Airtel Tower
is Shut down Any time and Oprator is Roming Hair and Thair
Lots of Fule of Tower is saling to third party plse chek thair area as a simpal

When i want to port out to other network that time Airtel customer care call me and provide me 149+gst plan for lifetime and now they said it's only 1year validity plan and now they increase my plan to 349+gst
My Airtel prepaid no [protected] & my name is Sukhen Sarkar .
From last 4 days no network showing in this SIM, this SIM is very important for my work . With out any notice the SIM is not working
Please take any necessary action for this complaint.
