[Resolved] Airtel — DTH Account not maintained by Airtel team | |||||
Sir, several times raised a complaint against services on every airtel dth recharge. I made a payment of rs 100 for 3 months subscription of pogo on16th jan. It's disconnected after one month. Also informed to airtel staff. Still continuing with hopeless service. I am planning to stop unprofessional services from airtel & totally frustrated. It is also happened on dth recharge of rs 828 (For 3 months) made on 29 dec 2016, getting sms to recharge again and again. Kindly help me to get a good service without raising acomplaint or call to customer service every month. Airtel customer service team is not having any coordination between them.
