[Resolved]  Airtel - DTH — Fraud in New Airtel DTH Connections

This complaint is regarding FRAUD and NON - FULFILLMENT of commitments made for Airtel DTH connection customer ID - [protected] 1. Charged more i.e. Rs 2250 than ongoing offer for new Connection i.e Rs 2090 2. Giving package ( i.e. Economy sports ) rather than ongoing/promised offer ( i.e Ultra package) i.e. Double Fraud by Charging more than actual ongoing offer and giving less services then actual services. DETAILS :- I applied for connection online at 25 Oct 2013 and got call from Airtel and given OFFER - Rs 2250 online or IVR payment and 2 months o[censored]ltra Package Free with SD+ Set Up Box. The payment was made using IVR option for 2250 on 26 October as explained/guided by the executive. Connection was installed at 6pm by Airtel person and he activated the account using my cellphone and he left the place. Then I found that Channels in Ultra packages are NOT coming. SO I called the Customer Care ( CC ) and register my complaints the same day . Customer care told to wait for 24 hrs and issue will get resolved. 27 Oct 2013 - problem continues.. called the CC again..and register the complaint again .Response = package will be upadate in 4 hrs. 28 Oct 2013 - problem still continues - called the CC so many times .. register complaint. Response - package will be updated in 2 hrs 29 Oct 2013 - problem still exists- called CC again n again . Response - problem is escalated and callback will come. Callback - explained same thing again . Response -problem will be solved in 24 hrs with full gaurantee 30 Oct 2013 - problem still exists - called CC again . Response - callback will be arranged .. .NO callback so-on . so-on . You can call be to get detailed information of above happenings and can cross verify the details with the call details from my Airtel Postpaid Number and also at your Customer Care Recordings and call details. Around 15-20 Customer care calls and 3 Conversation on CC callback. i.e. 7 hrs of converstion duration. Today is 06 Nov 2013 BUT !!! Problem Still Exists. i.e. 1 ) Customer Care offered - Rs 2250 Online payment - SD+ setup box, 2 Months Ultra packages Free 2 ) Actual Ongoing Online offer - Rs 2090 Online payment - SD+ setup box, 2 months Ultra package Free But !!! Activated subsciption :- Rs 2250 online payment - SD+ setup box, """ 2 months Economy Sports package "" ????? Please tell in which corner of world this offer given to me is running ???? Really Shocking... How Airtel executives are fooling customer and wat exactly they are getting by wasting the time and hard earned money of customer using such unprofessional and cheap tricks. Its really strange, i paid for DTH connection 26 October and from first day itself and till now rather enjoying DTH services and i am busy complaining every day. I feel like i paid Rs 2250 to harass my self with help for Airtel Executives. 1. Please resolve the complaint on immediate basis and give me the services for which i paid my hard earned money. 2. Moreover Compenstate the 12+ day long harassment caused by Airtel to the customer in whatever possible manner. Otherwise Disconnect my connection immediately and give my money back.
