Airtel — dth not working properly since 2-3 weeks after reinstallation in hyderabad | |||||
My dth customer id is : [protected] I got my dth reinstalled in hyderabad after shifting from gurgaon which costed Rs 650 (without new dish and old settop box). The airtel executive told me that HD channels will not work on my set top box, even though my set top box was HD+ (airtel) and told me it will be replaced with 48 hours. I waited 4 days and no response came, i tried calling the executive multiple times but he just kept delaying giving excuses. Finally i registered a complaint for my dth, and the call executive told me that my settop box has no problem, but connection needs to be fixed which will cost Rs 150, i agreed and waited for executive to visit, after waiting one week, i tried to call airtel again to which they said it will be resolved in 24 hours, its been 4 days now and still the issue has not been resolved. I have paid full HD channel subscription and my HD channels are not working. This is really pathetic customer service experienced by me by airtel, Is this the condition of Airtel in south india? I have attached list of service requests from airtel and last request which was supposed to be resolved 3 days back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
