Airtel — dth - safe custody | |||||
I have been a airtel-dth subscriber since last 8 years. Now i had to travel out of india for work. The dth was in safe custody for 3 months. I requested them for extension for safe custody, which they are unable to provide. All other service providers basically allow the connection to be suspended and daily burn doesn't happen. For me as i had rs900 in my account balance the services have auto started and i am getting charged even though no one is in my home and the services are not getting used. Requested the useless customer care representatives who could only suggest disconnection as a solution. They are even sending technicians to my home for cpe recovery even though i clearly mentioned that i am out of country and no one is home. Was this information helpful? | |||||
