Airtel — dth telugu channels

While install airtel dth, call center people said all telugu channels will come one month next month onwards need to recharge but after installation only free channels came. We call and asked callcenter, they replied only news channels will come. This is fraud of airtel dth service. Please check and resolve this issue asap and do the needful.
