Airtel DTH TV — complaining about the offers

Sir/madam,
I received a phone call from airtel dth and she give me a offer of 799 validity for 6 months and told me that i can view my existing channels which is activated on my id [protected]. Then i recharged by that amount but they don’t give my that old channels (Existing channels) they give their own channels which i didn’t watch.
Then i complanin on their costumers care no. But they are not giving me that channels and also not refunding my ammount so please help me
