[Resolved]  Airtel — Duplicate 4G sim not working

I have been using a prepaid sim with mobile no.[protected]. After theft of mobile phone, I purchsed a 4G duplicate SIM no.[protected]U from Airtel Stores Paharganj, New Delhi.This sim did no work. The above store has issued another 4 G duplicate sim no.[protected]U. The sim is showing the network while putting in non-4G set, as advised by the above stores for the purpose of activation, The sim is not activated/working from the date of issue i.e. 23.01.2017. Pl. resolve the issue at the earliest.
