Airtel — excess charges not reversed | |||
Respected sir/madam, This is brijesh mankani, ca & lawyer by profession. I am very much disturbed by the behaviour of the customer service executives of airtel company. This frustration has led me to a point where i have to mention this. If you can check i ealier had an issue which was solved after i wrote an email. This is second time you people have made me do this. My postpaid number is airtel maharashtra. I am in the rs 299/- plan. The disturbing fact is that i get charged for internet whcih is around rs500-600, then i make numerous calls to customer care and after so many attempts they say they will waive off my fees and i tell them that as soon as they pay the fees i will pay my outstanding but to a surprise the waive off after my due date and rs100 penalty is levied plus gst @18%. The above incident has been repeated atleast thrice. Now my concern is 1. If you waive off the internet charges please waive off immedieately 2. There has been numerous instances where my outgoing facility is blocked This is 21st century and you treat your valued customers like this..? Will i run taking your 500rs bill..? It is the you the executives who waived off late and i had to pay the penalty and face disconnection problem. Do you even realize how much a call is important in times of emergency. And you disconnect such a service being one of the telecom operators in india. Frustrated by this i made a port request and instantly received a call and the executive accepted the waiver but when told about the waiver fees of penalty he said he does not has the authorised power and or sanctioned limit and i will receive a call back. I clearly told him that i am busy in meetings and what if i dont pick up the calll. But he gave a false hope stating that this issue was sorted, still my bill shows an outstanding of rs1000 approx and due date has past ansd i am now getting calls for no reason. I remember some names mr zuber hirapise was the last person ispoke to who promised me of a call back. I am just gonna pay the bill and port it. Other people who promised include miss pooja and few other executives i do not remember the names of. Its not important whether you have the fastest network or not. But u grievance mechanism should be strong enough to tackle the problems. Its not the fastest that count but the most efficient. I am definitely taking this ahead Please sort this airtel..! #inefficientnetwork Was this information helpful? | |||
