Airtel — excessive billing of inr 66, 000 and not refunding | |||||
Hi, This is a complaint against airtel india regarding excessive billing of inr 66119 on my mobile no [protected]. Airtel has accepted that it has wrongly billed but the payment got autopaid from my credit card. Airtel is misleading me for last 2 months saying that amount will get credited back or refunded to my credit card. But the amount is still not refunded. It has been escalated to appellate team and they say its the highest escalation matrix. We have still not received the amount. I have made multiple calls,, visited the airtel office and spent 100s of minutes following up with airtel. Everytime i simply get an answer that it will be refunded in next 7 working days. This is a major fraud experience with airtel. I am hereby claiming not only refund of my amount but airtel needs to compensate for all the time spent and legal action fees which will entail of this.
