Hello,
I requested a new broadband connection on 17th June, 2022 for WFH purposes and representatives visited for payment on the same day and took 2800 rupee payment and promised that the connection will be installed within a day.
Next day nothing happened, no one called. I was okay as 1 day delay is nothing to complain about.
Next day a technician visited and told me that there is some technical issue because of which we can't proceed with the install and told me that the issue will be resolved in 1 day.
Next 2 days, nothing happens. I sent an email to Nodal office, visited airtel store nearby, called customer care 6 times in total. Today I tweeted about this as well. Every time I just get this - "Sir give us 24 hours and the issue will be resolved". I have given 24 hours 5 times now and so far I haven't received any promising update.
This is just absolutely pathetic customer service from one of the leading providers in India. There are just empty promises but no fulfillments what so ever. How do I get my money refunded? Was this information helpful? |
