Airtel — facing issues with my airtel tv & amazon subscription | |||
Hi Airtel Team, It's been more than a week I have been facing issues with my Airtel TV & Amazon subscription. Every time I raise a concern I get a call from Airtel TV Team and Airtel phone customer care and both of say they cannot do anything about it, What they do is blame on each other for not rectifying the problem. Today I got a call from the customer care and they asked me to write an Email to Airtel TV Team after writing it to the Mobile services team. My question here if either of them is ready to work and resolve this, who else should be contacted?
