[Resolved]  Airtel — fake promises by the manege and cc agent

Hi! Team,

I am your customer from last 5 years i was activated this number in wb then i moved to mp in 2015 and i transfer this numbers to wb circle to mp circle in 2015.in month of march or april i got a offer from airtel for rate cutter @12 rs i got 25 paisa local and std call for 56 days validity however in 21 july my offer validity got expired and i called up in customer care to re activate the pack i was spoken with the agent her name was usha she told to this offer is still available in my number and i can reactivate the offer however at that point of time i don"t have enough balance to activate the plan. So i recharged my number the the same agent ushe she called me back and told me that she can activate the plan from her end i told her to activate the plan however the plan was not yet activated so in 22 july again i called up in customer care to know the reason why the pack was not activate and i asked to the agent to transfer this call to manager but the agent are not much trained the don't not how to handle the customer however i was spoken with the manager (Ajay) he promised me on 22 july that he will look into this matter then in 24 july he call back me and told he that there is some system issue that my number is from wb and this 12 rs offer is for wb customer so in can not activate this offer and he is going to highlight this issue to consent team to activate the plan in and he call me back withe 24hr however it more than 72 hr and i still did not get any call from airtel.
I am unable to use my number because the call rate was too high without rate cutter. I am sorry to say airtel and his customer care service is very bad if you guy are unable to do any thing so stop doing the fake promises
