This is with reference to my Airtel with ID [protected], where I have paid Rs 3532 on 25th Dec 2021 for new internet connection to NITESH MORANKAR, before payment he gave me commitment and assured that the connection will be given on the very same day. But later field engineer told me that there is no splitter available and will take time. Later also I called customer care, where customer care executive GOKUL SOLANKI also gave me false commitment that today by 12 pm I will receive call regarding resolution. But no one called me up. Also through out the day I called multiple times to NITESH MORANKAR & his TL PRASHANT PATIL, today also he gave false commitment that the connection will be given by 5pm. But nobody turned up to give the connection. Like this AIRTEL is cheating customers by giving false information. Every body from customer care to sales person to site engineer tells LIE.
Will never recommend AIRTEL to anybody and newbies coming to my society. I will also disconnect my service after using for 6 months as I have already paid my hard earned money.
