Airtel — false promises and fraud sales and market team | |||
I am know seriously distressed by the service of airtel and the way your team is treating customer like me. I have installed this connection in the month of November by your sale marketing team (Bhopal) by the person name Shoaib Uddin which was referred to me by one of your technician name Ratan Lal Verma (bhopal). I contacted the sales person he told me all the plans and all the formality was done by Ratan Lal Verma my plan includes 16 Mbps of speed and 50 GB of data per month and a bonus of 750 GB for every 4 months which will renew automatically this all were promised by sale marketing team (Bhopal) Shoaib Uddin know he is neither picking up my calls and when I have contacting customer care they r saying this is only one time offer means I will only get 750 GB one time but at the time of taking connection the he has said me that in every 4 months this bundled data will get renew automatically but it is not . Know what should I do to. I want a speed enquiry on this and want higher authorities to look into this matter and provide me a solution. Hoping for a response which will help me.
