[Resolved]  Airtel — FASTag not Received yet

I have booked FASTag through Airtel Payments Bank on 10th of July 2020. It’s showing Validating Order from that day till now and not changing / updating the order status and the Order is still not confirmed from their end after full payment and documents also submitted. Customer care have no information apart from asking me to wait. Atleast if they can provide the docket number or tracking number for Courier if it's shipped, but airtel has no information on that too. I suppose it was a blunder choosing airtel for this service especially. If this is the case now after installing the tag if we encounter any issues god save us. Kindly update the application with recent order status and also provide the tracking number so it will be easy for a customer to trace the same. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

Got the FasTag after near about 1 month after so much mail conversation to Airtel CC. But, FasTag still not activated post-delivery.
