Airtel — Fiber application no [protected] still waiting for installation ! | |||
This is to let you all know i have requested for a connection on 11th oct and all payment and verification done at 11.20 am on 11th oct, and i was assured by local booking vendor that installation will be done within 24hrs, further i followed up with customer care number and they assured that sla is 3days which was wrong as per booking vendor hence today morning i tried to reach the customer care and they said we raised high priority request and within 4 hrs your installation will be done, now again at 6 pm i had called cause its been more then 7-8 hrs they say sla is 7 days.. and that came shocking ? Why should i wait for 7 days for installation when i have other options, the cycle repeats the customer care officer assures that she will get back within 2hrs, there is no tracking ticket for this. No defined time in your process! False hopes are being shared. Am in fear that even when post connection is completed, for any issues what is your sla and will I be getting seamless internet. Airtel s this experience has put be doubt on their capabilities ! I would like to know if my installation would be done in 24 hrs or if not please process refund, so that i can arrange other means.
