Dear team, i have requested on 15-march-19 to disconnect my 6 month plan which i have opted. I got surprise sms and call on may month from airtel your due amount is 599 which was not opted by me. After multiple call with them then they said send one more disconnect request for this as well so i told why i will send this request again which i have not opted. Final i have request to disconnect this plan as well on 30-may-2019. Still i am getting call from airtel to pay the amount which is not used by me. Landlone no is [protected] Now they generating bill every month and till now the bill is rs 1761.47 generated. Kindly help on the same. Now they are asking from me proof where i have requested the disconnect request. I was every time telling to them give me service request no over sms or email but they didnt send me.
