Airtel — forced to pay money for new sim cards | |||||
Yet again Airtel India has proved it that have the most pathetic customer service. Inspite of several mails, you havent activated my number and now are forcing me to pay money for new sim cards which is absolutely wrong for me because i will not effort these type of charges, i haven't used your services. In last 2 weeks I had to pay Rs 300 amount because my number was still not active. Now that I have asked to keep it in safe custody, I still have been charged an amount of 100 again. Kindly have a call arranged by your senior (Please explain him the case, no one wants to expalin the whole story again).
