[Resolved] Airtel — form 60 requirement | |||
This pertains to payments bank. Customers are required to visit payments bank points and update form 60 (Whatever that is). Why not provide a link on the official website or on the app itself to update this? When visited a airtel centre, the staff couldn't help ad they were unaware as to what needs to be done. There is no facility on the in-house dashboard for the staff to search for the information. Customers are bombarded daily with sms to go and update to maintain continuity of service. A tech-savvy company like airtel can come up with more innovative ways o[censored]pdation than making customers to spend time and energy visiting the points. Was this information helpful? | |||
