[Resolved] Airtel — Fraudsters have taken my hard earned money | |||||
I would like to report an instance to “airtel” that i have requested for a broadband connection on airtel website. 2-3 people from airtel were calling me for a connection. Some of them are calling from mobile number and some from landline. I approximately got 12 calls in a day and got frustrated and told one lady that i am already in touch with a guy who is coming on sunday to pick up the documents because i am unavailable at home on working days. Finally one guy came to pick the documents on sunday and filled the form and took inr 1000 and provided a receipt in lieu of filling the document. Now i got a call on monday from airtel which is 10th april’17 and one guy has informed that there is no feasibility in area and they won’t be able to install connection in my area. I have started asking few questions from this guy who was claiming to be from airtel was highly rude and said your money will provided to you in a ridiculous manner and disconnected the call. Now i have no clue to whom i can speak and inform about the same because both the guys are called “pawan-[protected] & manish [protected]” are not attending me. I have spoke to someone in airtel care they said receipt is not valid and no one is able to track the same. I have already informed that guy that there is not feasibility in the area and he said he will get the creative improvisation done to provide better services. I have been associated with airtel since 8 long years and always recommend my people to go with airtel. Why this fraud has been done to me for what reason. Why airtel has hired such fraudsters. My trust for airtel is on stake now and don’t know if should be in relationship with airtel or not. This was one my first and last bad experiences and i hope that someone will read this email and this will not happen to anyone else in future. If i will not get any resolution to above request then surely i will file a legal complaint against the airtel and those fraud boys to give them a lesson.
