[Resolved]  Airtel — fraudulent isd charges: when no isd calls done

Complaint about: airtel mobile bill (399 rs family plan); two numbers connected under it.
Airtel has charged isd calls in my mobile bill. No isd calls were made from my numbers but they had very well presented the charges with fraudulent call details. They have given details of the isd calls in itemized bill, but those all are fake as no such calls were made from my numbers. I have been extra charged for 3 isd call (360 rs). I never do any isd calls from my numbers.

I called there customer care on 14th july and the representative assured me to reverse the charges, saying that 200 will be reverted immediately and the rest will be reversed after 48hrs, as 200rs is maximum reversal limit for 1day (As per him). But nothing happened even after 72hrs. After which i again called customer care but this time they blatantly denied that no such reversal commitment was given from there side and also no such reversal will be done.
