Airtel — fraudulent registration

I wanted a pre-paid connection without my permission the sales person has given me post paid. I was never asked or informed about it. I even asked the guy for confirmation, he said it is pre-paid and then he without my knowledge has given me a post-paid number. No he is telling me i have to pay 499 x 3 bill only then i can convert to pre-paid. I using other networks jio and vodafone where for three months my prepaid charges are only 499. Why will i opt for such a expensive plan. I have been deceived and subjected to mis-information.

It would be great shame if this type of miscreants are let to get away with it, without being penalised.

I have upgraded my sim from 2g to 4g and installed new sim but after 24 hours sim is not activated and I could not make customer care call too.
