[Resolved] Airtel — frustrating airtel dth "service" | |||||
I had raised a relocation of airtel dth service on the 6th or 7th of july. The case number/service request number if 62832565. I had myself carried the dth with box. However the cabling for the new address is still not done. I had carried the box with me to the new address. The whole story about all these was explained to your executive when i raised the case initially itself. It is really annoying and frustrating for me to take the time out to write this email. I had spoken to a dozen of executives regarding the relocation and every time they take my new address. Even today i spoke dth customer care executive (I called the customer care today) and the executive said that my new address is still not there on the case number i had opened. I wonder where they are writing these all down! I had to give the new address again and i got a trigger sms today. That was a surprise. It is big time frustrating and annoying "service". Before noon today, i had already said to your executive that i would be around at the new address and to send the executive during the day hours. I spoke to her supervisor also and conveyed the message. I don't want to write their names here on this compliant just so you know. The relocation connection is still not honored. I just spoke with another escalation team resource just now and he asked about the status. He was asking me to the update whether the relocation connection was done!! Also the escalation resource said he doesn't have the authority to drop an email for me as regarding the update, when i demanded for one. I think it’s high time to move to another vendor. So, asm asking for a refund and do something so that the disconnection goes smooth if there is any other formalities. This is very pathetic service from airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
