I have done recharge amount Rs.399/- for my 4G mobile no.[protected] in the name of Ashok kumar Basu through UBI net banking on[protected] but till the date recharge not done. Please see my attachment of Bank statement. My payment failure TXN ID[protected]

I am also facing the same problem. It took my 9 to 10 dialing efforts to be success in calling a STD number. I have raised the incident request as well but the solution didn't work.
I am using nexus 5 32 gb d821&my number is [protected]. It is a LTE supported mobile. Internet is working properly . But cant receive any incoming call .Outgoing also not going.
