Airtel — going through huge losses as nobody is listening

Sir i really need help, i run a call center in chandigarh it park and i have a toll free number of airtel [protected], problem here is i have in coming issue, when a airtel prepaid customer tries to call me with 4g volt active, he or she is not able to connect to the toll free number.Airtel people are telling me that there is some internal problem of airtel and will be resolved but nothing is happening.
I am tired of calling customer care, my complaint number is 99987690.
It has already been more that 2 weeks now help!!!help!!! if there is somebody responsible reading it
