Airtel — handset undelivered | |||||
Ordered an S9+ 128gb . Order id: Order ID: 10025642 It was supposed to be delivered by 13th April, it's 16th today and the phone has not yet arrived. Vulcan, airtel's delivery partner does not have any contact number and neither does Airtel have their contact number (how dumb is that?). Now, the tracking shows that they arrived at my doorstep and still couldn't deliver it even when the doors were open (me eagerly waiting near the door). Moreover Airtel online team seems least interested to assist me in this case as they havent replied to the numerous emails I wrote and did not bother to contact me either. The only dialogue they tell is we "we assure you sir, you will receive it. If you do not receive it by today or tomorrow contact us and we will resolve the issue". The next time I call they repeat the same dialogue. Can someone genuinely do their job and help me get my handset? Was this information helpful? | |||||
