[Resolved] Airtel — Harassment disconnection | |||||
Dear team, I have a airtel landline+broadband connection at my home from last 6-7 years. Recently i purchased a house in faridabad and want to shift the connection to new location. For the same i called airtel customer care for checking the feasibility for transfer. After the same i got a no of calls from airtel customer care related to speed and plans available in my new locations but never they told me the process and asked me about the time when i needed to shift this connection. Related information is never received on mail id also. Whenever i ask any technical question; they always said airtel backed technical team will call me. I never received a call from back up team explaining me the process of transfer etc. All about i know regarding the transfer is that the fee for transfer is 300/- Suddenly on friday they disconnect my existing line and broadband without any prior approval and information. When i called customer care;they told me the lines are in deactivation process due to transfer request send by me. Prior information on the same was never send to me in any format. When i objected on the process without information;they told me that they can’t stop the process but reactivate the same connection again very soon. They also accept their mistake on the phone. On friday; i have a conversation for more the an hour on different levels; which finally end with assurance of early reactivation is promised by customer branch manager. Now after two days of waiting i received a call from your customer care saying that they are not able to reactivate the same no and i got a different no. Now this is a case harassment done by your company; i will not going to tolerate in any case. I am running my business from home under “skyline design consultants” and due to your act my company suffers huge losses. Please intervene so that i got justice in the case.
