Airtel — hd digital tv | |||||
My airtel digital tv customer care id is [protected] & my registered mobile number is [protected]. The name of connection holder is mr. Ashutosh mandal. I had standars set top box and after warranty period is over the box was damaged so i complained about that on airtel customer care. They assured me to replace my box with rs 350/- within 24 hours. The technician came with an hd box (Not standard box). I further complained that i was told standard box will be exchanged. But they told me about insufficient storage of standard box. So i took the hd box with rs 599/-. As per airtel company for the first 2 months i would get all hd channels free of cost though i didn't get single one. I complained them again & again about my issue. Senior representative talked to me twice that my issue will be resolved within 24 working hours and he assured me that i'ld surely get free hd channels for 2 months. But now 24 hours is over and till i'm unable to watch any hd channel on my tv. I complained again and again but my problem was not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
