Airtel — hd set top box update query | |||
Dear escalation team, I am following up for last couple of weeks for upgrade of my standard set top box to hd set top box but i am not getting response from your side. This has been escalated several time from my end but airtel did not respond on that. I called customer care and talk to supervisor ms saranya venkatesan and mr. Godwin paul and they also gave same response that my ticket will be resolved in 24 hrs. As on today, case is still pending and poor/no response from airtel. I have been associated with airtel since 10 years now and regret to see such an absolute poor and redicolous response. There is absolutely no follow up, no technician call from airtel for this simple case. I am sorry to say but airtel has kept no option to me leaving and going to other service providers.
