Airtel — I am complaining about failed recharges | |||
Sir On march 28, 2020 i tried to recharge my mother's phone which is on airtel I tried to do the recharge of ₹598 through wallet of airtel, unfortunately i added money twice in the wallet, due to a glitch in the app, first time the amount was not showing in the wallet, so i did the transaction twice, then it shows the money Now i am not able to do the reacharge, i have tried all the possible ways to reach out to airtel, i tweeted, i did an e-mail to them @ [protected]@airtelbank.com, i tried calling the customer care number, but nothing seems to solve my problem. After having ₹ 1088 in my wallet, it shows payment failure for the recharge Please solve this issue and help me Was this information helpful? | |||
