Airtel — I am not able to call anywhere

As i inform you that i am not able to call anywhere so kindly do the needful as soon as help. It's my personal no and i had call to the customer care department so they tell me that someone has complaint about my no that i call them continously bt from my side i don't think so i disturb any such kind of person. So solve it as soon as possible
