Airtel — I am not using internet last 1 day

Dear sir,

I am very disappointed from AIRTEL service.

Last night I was call customer care for some information... After discussion he suggested me I have some new upgrades in the same plans (649) if you want then I will activate the same... Then I conformed for the upgrade. Then I disconnected the call then I was seen that my internet is not working. Then I was call again customer care and told them same which was faced, then he told me that I will mark complain for the same it will resolve within 12hrs and gives complain no... Then I was received massage...your complain is resolved then I was checked and I seen that.. It's not working... Then I was again call to customer care they again gives another complaint no... Even I was visit retail store he also told me that within 30min your problems will be resolve...
And I got massage that your internet service is deactivated... I am really socked what is happening with me.

But still not resolve... Really very bad experience with AIRTEL...

Dear sir, if possible kindly resolve the same...

Anyway my problem is not resolve within 5 or 6 hrs then I am going to PORT to another one.
